All move up requests will be evaluated by the Travel Director, and/or designees of the Travel Director.  This evaluation may take place any time deemed appropriate by the Travel Director.  This evaluation will include a discussion with the original birth year coach, as well as the desired team's coach.

The following criteria will be used to determine if a player will be allowed to move up an age group with the Saginaw Jr Spirit.

• Players overall skill level,
• If Player is moving up to a checking division,
• The LCAHL Division the older team will play in
• Player MUST be a top 6 Forward, top 4 Defenseman or Goalie that will get 50/50 playing time on older team.
